At Jujimufu, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our support portal to select the order and specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
